Kindly note that there is limited cell phone reception at Doornkop. MTN users experience good signal (with the exception of load-shedding hours) | Cell C users experience minimal signal | Vodacom users experience no signal

Kindly take note that Doornkop Fish & Wildlife Reserve is a cashless operation. As such cash is not accepted for any transactions.

Cleaning Services: Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional towel and bed linen changes can be arranged at a nominal fee; kindly inform Reception.

Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels respectful at all times; Quiet hours from 20:00. Refrain from loud music or disruptive sounds to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Wi-Fi facilities are only available at Reception. Wi-Fi vouchers can be purchased to make use of these facilities.
