Three Bedroom Apartment

These Three-Bedroom Apartments consist of a standard double bed in the main bedroom, two twin (single) beds in both the second and third bedrooms, and a double sleeper couch in the lounge area (specifically suited to children 12 years of age and under).

These apartments can comfortably accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children (12 years and under). The units have a fully equipped kitchen for all self-catering requirements.

All units have two bathrooms one with a shower/bath only and the other with a bath and shower.

These apartments include a patio with its own private braai (charcoal). The apartments each have different views of the either the mini golf area, the Uvongo Bridge and slight river view, the trees or the court yard.

These units vary from Ground Floor to First and Second Floor entrances. Ground Floor entrance units has 1 to 4 stair leading to the unit and the First and Second Floor units with 16 to 32 stairs leading to the unit. There are no stairs within these units.

Unit Sizes are from 92m² to 104m² (including the patio).
