Two Bedroom Apartment - Duplex

This spacious two-bedroom duplex apartment consists a standard double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedrooom, and two single sleeper couches in the lounge area (specifically suited for children 12 years and younger). This fully air-conditioned apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of four adults, and two children (12 years and under).

There are internal stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs; with the kitchen, dining room and lounge area downstairs on the main level. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all self-catering requirements. These apartments include two bathrooms with a bath in the first bathroom, and a shower in the second bathroom. Certain units only have a bath with a shower over the bath in the second bathroom, and a separate toilet and basin.

This chalet includes a patio with its own private braai (charcoal), with views of the either the main road, the playground or the parking area. Block D units have a view of the Estuary.

Block A, C and D have ground floor entrances with stairs within the unit. Block B units have an additional set of external stairs leading to the unit's entrance on the first floor. Sizes range from 86m² to 113m² (including the patio).

Special Note: Please note, all units are duplex apartment units and comprise of internal stairs. Due to the configuration, these units are not suited for the elderly or walking impaired guests.
