The Restaurant at Ngwenya Lodge is set on a raised platform overlooking the Crocodile River and floodplains, where grazing herds and prowling prides provide spectacular entertainment. Cleaning Services:

Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional towel and bed linen changes can be arranged at a nominal fee; kindly inform Reception.

Noise Policy:

Please keep noise levels respectful at all times, with quiet hours from 20:00 to 22:00, and refrain from loud music or disruptive sounds to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Parking - info

Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Guest(s) and Visitor(s) may only park at unit’s allocated parking bays. Any other vehicles must park at reception and/or allocated paring bays. No motorcycles, quadbikes or tri-bikes are allowed on the Resort. Bicycles are permitted on the main roads on the Resort, not the pathways.

Children

We welcome families and have the following guidelines in place for children staying with us: Infants (0 – 2 years): Stay free of charge. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own cots. Children (3 – 12 years): Accommodated on existing beds or sleeper couches, where available. Discounted child rates apply. Children 13 years and older: Charged at the full adult rate and accommodated on existing beds. Please note that bedding arrangements depend on the room type booked and may vary. For any special requests or further clarification, feel free to contact our reservations team.
