Crystal Springs has three swimming pools; Two outdoor Swimming Pools, located at the Reception, and another located in the Clubhouse. (Clubhouse fees applies, no children under 16 years of age in the Clubhouse)

Game Viewing

Game-viewing in the area, against the backdrop of the gorgeous natural landscape, is made magical by the appearance of animals like giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, antelope, and leopard. Avid birders are encouraged to bring along their binoculars as well, as Crystal Springs is home to over 100 species of birds and is fondly referred to as a “birder’s paradise”.

The Lodge offers guests the incredible opportunity to experience this undisturbed ecosystem with trained professionals on an open-air game vehicle, as well as self-guided hiking trails for those seeking to explore our picturesque grounds by foot.

The Game Drives are a wonderful way to explore the beautiful nature surrounding the Lodge – a must-add to your to-do list at Crystal Springs. Our knowledgeable Rangers remain a crowd favourite with guests through their animated story-telling ability and vast expanse of intriguing wildlife facts.

Parking - info

Parking and Vehicles - Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. The guest(s) and / or visitor(s) must use the allocated parking bays of the unit(s). Thereafter, other vehicles must park at the allocated visitor(s) parking near their unit(s). If there are no more visitor parking bays available, the remainder of the vehicles must park at reception. No motorcycles, quadbikes or tri-bikes are allowed on the Resort. Parking is done at own risk.

Children

We welcome families and have the following guidelines in place for children staying with us: Infants (0 – 2 years): Stay free of charge. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own cots. Children (3 – 12 years): Accommodated on existing beds or sleeper couches, where available. Discounted child rates apply. Children 13 years and older: Charged at the full adult rate and accommodated on existing beds. Please note that bedding arrangements depend on the room type booked and may vary. For any special requests or further clarification, feel free to contact our reservations team.
